Speaking Proudly Oratory Competition

Minnesota high school girls compete for $4,500 in prize money in an oratory competition at the State Capitol. The 2023 speech topic is Securing “the Blessings of Liberty” in Twenty-first Century America. The final round of competition begins at approximately 2:30 p.m. in the Capitol Rotunda and is open to the public.
