BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND—Update to Walz’s Electric Car Mandates

A St. Paul native, Scott attended St. Thomas Academy and earned his Bachelor of Arts at Marquette University in Milwaukee Wisconsin in 1982.  Upon graduation Scott worked for Congressman Bill Frenzel of Minnesota’s Third Congressional District.  He has been with the Minnesota Auto Dealers Association for over 30 years.  In 2000 he was named the Association’s President.  In 2010 he took on the dual role to run the Greater Metro Auto Dealers Association which produces the Twin Cities Auto Show.  In 2018 he was the volunteer Chair of the Jeff Johnson for Governor campaign.  In 2021 he was national Chair of Automotive Trade Association Executives.  Scott lives in Mendota Heights, MN with his fiancée Annette Henkel.
