Terri Nelson has been a Republican all her life, but the Federation of Republican Women didn’t find her until 2015, when she was asked to be the founding Secretary of the NW Metro Republican Women. She jumped in with both feet and has been an active member ever since, also serving as the Club Treasurer, CD 3 Director, MNFRW State Secretary, and in 2025 was elected to be the State President. She believes in being a peacemaker and a uniter and that we should focus our energy on combating the destructive policies of the Left. Terri has worked for many local campaigns and in 2025 was elected to be the Secretary of her BPOU, Senate District 42. As a stay-at-home mom, she enjoys using her time for volunteer efforts and since moving to Minnesota in 2011, has devoted countless hours to church, PTA, local non-profit, and political service. She has been an election judge since 2012 and a head judge since 2018.
