Stop Sex Trafficking in Our Backyards

October 27, 2016 @ 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

“Sex Trafficking in Our Backyards” is the topic of our next meeting where Erik Fadden of the Plymouth Police Department and Christine Erickson, head of the anti-trafficking team and Children-at-Risk Ministries of Grace Church in Eden Prairie, will shed light on the issue. You will hear how this issue impacts us all, what authorities are doing to stop it, and how parents can protect their children.

Erik is part of Plymouth’s special investigations unit that deals with criminal cases involving drugs, prostitution, child pornography, and sex trafficking. In addition to her role as Director of Children-at-Risk Ministries at Grace Church in Eden Prairie, Christine has experience leading a local transitional home for sexually exploited women. She is well connected with local anti-trafficking organizations and seeks to mobilize community awareness. Free.

Space is limited, so please RSVP to hollybhernandez@gmail.com.
